This Privacy Policy explains how Agendos ("Agendos", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the Agendos application and its integrations, including the LinkedIn integration. By using Agendos and connecting your LinkedIn account, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account & authentication data

When you sign in to Agendos, we collect the information needed to create and secure your account, such as your name and email address.

LinkedIn data

When you choose to connect your LinkedIn account, you authorize Agendos through LinkedIn's official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. Depending on the permissions you grant, we may receive and process:

• Basic profile information — your name, LinkedIn member identifier, and profile picture, used to identify and display your connected LinkedIn account inside Agendos.
• Email address — only if you grant the corresponding permission during sign-in.
• Posting authorization (w_member_social) — permission to publish or share posts on LinkedIn on your behalf, and only in response to an action you explicitly take within Agendos.
• Access and refresh tokens — issued by LinkedIn so Agendos can act on your behalf for the permissions you granted, until you disconnect.

We do not collect your LinkedIn password. We do not read your private messages, and we do not post anything without an explicit action by you.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your connected LinkedIn account.
• To publish or share content to LinkedIn that you create and explicitly choose to post from within Agendos.
• To display your LinkedIn account details (such as your name and profile picture) so you know which account is connected.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Agendos service.

We do not use LinkedIn data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the features you actively use.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share LinkedIn data with third parties for their own purposes. We share data only:

• With LinkedIn — to perform the actions you request (for example, publishing a post you authored), via LinkedIn's official API.
• With infrastructure providers — service providers that host and run Agendos on our behalf (for example, our server hosting provider), bound to protect your data and use it only to provide their services to us.
• When legally required — to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a lawful governmental request.

Our use of information received from LinkedIn APIs adheres to the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, including applicable use and storage limitations.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers operated on our behalf. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access tokens are stored securely and are used only to provide the features you have enabled. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain LinkedIn access tokens and the associated minimal profile data only for as long as your LinkedIn account remains connected to Agendos. You can revoke our access at any time by:

• Disconnecting the LinkedIn integration within Agendos, or
• Revoking access from your LinkedIn account settings under Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services, or
• Emailing us at eran@agendos.app to request deletion.

When you disconnect or request deletion, we delete the stored LinkedIn tokens and associated profile data, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at eran@agendos.app.

7. Cookies

Agendos uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Agendos is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Agendos application where appropriate.
